Passing Bullets

  • It’s been a busy week and I’m currently bogged down with research and editing.
  • Normal posts to resume on Monday.
  • New book announcement next week!
  • I’m currently seeking beta readers and reviewers.
    • Beta readers are advanced readers who help in the editing process by providing opinions of current drafts.
    • There are currently 2 gothic tales on my list. If you’re a fan of my Sine Peril books (Off the Rails and By the Grace), or authors like Leanna Renee Hieber or Cat Winters, please contact me at KnotMagickKnitter @ for more information.
    • I am also looking for feedback on my upcoming book, Magic in the Headlines, which is a steampunk-ish 1920s story with ghosts, a disabled main character, and a mystery.
    • I have a mailing list just for book reviewers. If you review books (on Amazon, Goodreads, or your own website), and would like to join the list, please contact me at the email above and I will add you to the list. Emails go out 2-3 times a year and include upcoming release dates, previews, and other pertinent information. Reviewers who request new releases will be provided with an e-ARC in their format of choice).
  • Someone asked for a pattern from a previous post for a cotton hat. Unfortunately, I now know that the contact form on my homepage doesn’t allow me to respond and is literally just a feedback form. So for that person, I’m sorry I can’t respond directly because I don’t know who you are. And I am doubly sorry because the hat you were referring to was self-drafted, so there is no pattern, but I can tell it’s it’s just a half inch of ribbing and then yok2tog ad nauseum, so it is not a difficult hat to work out should you want to try it on your own.
  • I think that’s all of my bullets. I was going to do WIPs today, but there honestly hasn’t been much crafting this week because *gestures at everything.*
  • I hope you are all safe and healthy, and I’ll see you on Monday with another historical profile.
