April & May Wrap Up

  1. Send out at least 1 query every week
  2. Release The Spider’s Web on Amazon
  3. Reduce the yarn stash by 50%
Um…Nope. I’m back where I started at the beginning of the year. Oops.
  4. Save for the moving
The move is done. Thank goodness!
  5. Read all the books on the night stand
    One down.
  6. Read at least 20% diverse books
    Not much progress on this.

The Books:

The Lowdown: Blogging for Business by James William Davenport Long
Silence for the Dead by Simone St. James
Alanna the First Adventure by Tamora Pierce
Spying on Miss Muller by Eve Bunting
The Mirk and the Midnight Hour by Jane Nickerson
Canada by Ingeborg Nilsen
Imprudence by Gail Carriger
Splendid You by Cynthia Bailey Pratt
All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
The Winter Witch by Paula Brackston

I think my favorite one this time around was Imprudence, followed by Splendid You–provided I overlook the romantic subplot, which really made me want to punch the leading man for being a sexist jerk, and the female lead for being an idiot.

My Books:

Dru Faust wrapped up this month, and is available here on the blog, or over on Wattpad. Check the Free Reads tab above for a link.

Next up it’s THE FERRYMEN. I should have a release date for you sometime in the next month or so.
