Fangirl much?

Nah. Don’t know what you’re talking about.

Hm. I haven’t talked about my knitting lately, have I?

On the needles:

Turkish rib scarf–Still a bit less than halfway done. The yarn is so fine, it’s taking forever.

Would be donation blanket–I don’t know how close this is to finished, because I just keep adding balls of yarn. I think I still have two or three left. I was going to work on it last night, but my crochet hook was AWOL.

Blueberry socks–I finally started the leg of the second sock. These have been collecting dust for a while now.

So you remember last week how I was talking about how my wrists hurt and I need to take a break from knitting/crocheting? Well…my solution to the sore wrists was to knit myself a pair of wrist warmers.šŸ˜„ That was the project I took with me on the train. I’m making them in the round using magic loop, and let me tell you, I’m not real fond of the technique. This is the first time I’ve tried it for something so small, and it’s really annoying to knit fifteen stitches, then adjust the needles. It’s actually quicker to use DPNs, but I don’t have a set in the size I need. I’m about 3/4 done with the first cuff. Hopefully they’ll be finished soon. It is my goal to have everything off the needles before I go home. I have less than a month. Do you think I can do it?

Me neither.
